b. Program Development Focuses on designing and developing projects and programs that are strategic, relevant and sustainable. This includes programs and various initiatives related to climate change.
c. Adult Learning Focuses on training and module development, monitoring and evaluation of capacities, as well as providing learning needs and resource assessment.
d. Camp Development and Programming Focuses on assisting individuals and groups in developing the physical and programming aspects of their camp and provide coaching/mentoring in its management.
